ABOUT RTB Wine Lounge
RTB Wine Lounge brings together exquisite wines, Champagnes, and sakes with a menu designed by Rodney Wages. RTB Wine Lounge has taken over the space on Fillmore Street formerly occupied by Avery, which has moved to Edinburgh.
RTB Wine Lounge is keeping alive some of Avery’s signature dishes, alongside new creations designed to compliment the wine list.

From an early age, Rodney knew he wanted to work with his hands. While at some of the country's most respected kitchens - The French Laundry, Benu, Atelier Crenn, and Saison - he honed his skills and style before embarking on his own project, a pop-up called RTB, in late 2016.
RTB evolved into Avery, which occupied the RTB Wine Lounge space for several years before moving to Edinburgh in 2023.

Sean leads the front-of-the-house team as the general manager of the restaurant and leads the beverage program at RTB Wine Lounge. Sean comes to us from a few of our favorite restaurants in San Francisco where he was the wine director and lead sommelier. Sean looks forward to greeting you when next you dine with us.
